Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Refunds will not be given on any items that have had a drop in price or were placed on sale.
- If you need to return your unused merchandise for any reason, repack the product and all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials and enclose a letter of explanation. Returned products without a letter of explanation or missing accessories will not be accepted. Returns may be shipped via any carrier service as long as it is easily traceable. Please keep a record of the tracking number in the event you must trace the package.
- Unwanted/Unused merchandise may be returned within 15 days from the date of shipment. Merchandise must be in condition sold and in original sealed packaging material. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. A 15% restocking fee will be charge to all returns.
- Defective merchandise will be exchanged for same or similar products if returned within 15 days from the date of shipment.
- After 15 days, all defective merchandise must be sent to the Fujifilm Camera Repair dept. for repair. For instructions on how to send a product in for Repair, please print the Repair Form from the Fujifilm website. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise.
- Clothing can not be returned once opened!
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 2-4 weeks from receipt for returns to be processed
